Ais Kacang
You can find ais/ice kacang in most of the cofee shops in penang.Swatow Lane is famous for its ice kacang.You can request the seller to add fruits or ice cream to the ice kacang.
Ice kacang are made of shaved ice with red and brown syrup.Then, sweet corns,red beans,evaporated milk and ‘atap chi’ are added.It usually go for RM1.50 (less than USD 0.40) per bowl.If you want to add a scoop of ice cream,it usually will cost you an extra of RM 0.50.
