Comment: Sookie is the most lovable Heroine ever! Underneath her simple minded southern girl charm she is one clever cookie. The humor, drama, action and suspense come together to make this a sexy, quirky, and addictive page turner!

The HBO series TrueBlood screws the whole story up, so I like the books much better.
